Red Pepper & Onion Focaccia

Description

Traditional focaccia with a delicious topping of red peppers, onion and cheddar cheese. The dough has had an extra couple of hours of bench time, giving it a more open, moist and chewier crumb. Makes for the ultimate sandwich
