Our Nordic Fried Onion batard is a loaf for connoisseurs who love bread with a little punch. The strong, earthy taste of the malt wheat and rye, combined with the flavour of onions, fits very well with soups and meat dishes. It hasa slightly more denser crumb than our other loaves.
