Community Commitment

Portofino proudly supports and gives back to the community.

As part of our corporate citizenship, we donate baked goods to community kitchens, community events and fundraisers. We also have a special 'Sports & Schools' fundraising program in place in which 5% of sales are paid back into the coffers of the sports organization or school at the end of our fiscal year.

Moreover, we firmly believe in the concept of sustainability  -  the idea of integrating economic, social and environmental spheres to meet the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Consequently, we make continual efforts to organize, reorganize and develop procedures within our work environment that adhere to this principle and we enthusiastically support groups and organisations that strive to promote and improve the same within the Greater Victoria Area.
