Introducing
Introducing our new multigrain dinner bun. Made with the best of ingredients and topped with a selection of grains and seeds, this moist and soft bun is great for breakfast, lunch and catering purposes. Available in half and full dozen.
Also new this month is our Turkish flatbread (pide ekmegi in Turkish).The inside of the bread is very soft and spiced with zatar, while the outside, after having been placed in the oven for a couple of minutes, has a nice crispy crust. The flatbread is topped with olive oil, white and black sesame seeds and zatar. At present only available to our wholesale customers in baking sheet size.

At the request of our customers, we are introducing another, heartier flatbread: Red Pepper & Onion Focaccia. Due to the extended bench time of the dough, this focaccia has a more open, moist and chewy crumb. The slightly caramelized red pepper and onion give a touch of sweetness, which combines perfect with the cheddar cheese. Makes suburb sandwiches. Available in rectangles of 400g or in full sheet size.
